Objective: A prospective study was the evaluation of blood circulation , proprietary Chinese medicine Danhong injection fluid , safflower injection , Shuxuetong injection the clinical efficacy of different TCM syndromes of unstable angina . Methods: from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Cardiology inpatient department collection meet the diagnostic criteria for unstable angina patients , prospective, randomized design . Who meet the inclusion criteria cases of 92 patients divided into three groups : conventional Western medicine Salvia red injection in 32 patients ( group A ) ; safflower injection , plus 30 cases ( group B ) ; plus Shuxuetong on 30 cases of injection ( C group). Course of two weeks , three groups were observed between TCM syndrome before and after treatment in each group symptom score and check the changes . Results: 1.3 angina efficacy criteria were compared among the three groups significant efficiency and overall efficiency were not statistically significant ( P GT ; 0.05 ) ; 2.A group C group effort stasis and phlegm card, the qi stagnation cardiothoracic card angina improve the curative effect efficiency and overall efficiency comparison were statistically significant , P values ??were lt ; 0.05 phlegm closed resistance syndrome and qi stagnation cardiothoracic card comparison was not statistically significant , P gt ; 0.05 ; 3.B group C blood stasis syndrome and phlegm closed block card , the cardiothoracic card qi stagnation efficacy of TCM symptoms and significant efficiency and overall efficiency comparison was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , phlegm syndrome and gas stagnation cardiothoracic card comparison was not statistically significant , P gt ; 0.05 ; 4.3 group between TCM syndrome ECG to improve efficacy and markers of myocardial injury efficacy to improve the contrast was not statistically significant , P gt ; 0.05 . Conclusion : 1 . Of the Danhong injection , safflower injection and Shuxuetong through injection treatment the UAP efficacy ; 2 . Danhong injection , Shuxuetong injection UAP blood stasis syndrome angina improve effective than phlegm closed retention syndrome and the qi stagnation cardiothoracic card ; 3 . safflower injection , Shuxuetong injection UAP blood stasis syndrome efficacy of TCM symptoms better than phlegm closed the resistance card and the cardiothoracic card qi stagnation ; 4 . Danhong injection , red flower injection Shuxuetong the injection UAP blood stasis syndrome , phlegm card , qi stagnation cardiothoracic card ECG to improve the efficacy and markers of myocardial injury to improve the therapeutic equivalence . Summary results suggest that part of the treatment of blood circulation of Chinese patent medicines UAP blood stasis syndrome Clinical criteria better than phlegm closed stagnation syndrome and qi stagnation Cardiothoracic card .
