Abstract


Objective:To observe acupuncture in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy in clinical efficacy, as well as the status of children with cerebral palsy treatment to optimize the clinical treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:The 183 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into acupuncture group, training group, combined group, acupuncture group received acupuncture methods, training, group training in the use of modern functional rehabilitation methods, combined with group functional training using acupuncture and modern rehabilitation methods, the group were 90 times more effective treatment.Results:According to markedly effective, effective and ineffective classes, acupuncture group, combined with the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than the training group (p<0.01). The treatment group also showed that early treatment effect is good.Conclusions:Acupuncture in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy affirmed the important role, especially in the main scalp and body acupuncture treatment of children with cerebral palsy integrated effect is significant. Acupuncture can significantly increase cerebral blood flow in children with cerebral palsy and improve the metabolism of brain cells. The promotion of brain function part of the compensatory or completely compensatory, for brain tissue repair and function of a certain role in promoting plasticity. Early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the cerebral palsy child mental language and motor development, reduce disability, reduce the incidence of cerebral palsy.
