Abstract


Objective: To investigate Chinese Herbs dust extinction in the treatment of pneumoconiosis cough cough soup in clinical efficacy. Methods: The patients were randomly observed were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 55 cases , all of the clinical diagnosis of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅰ patients. Two groups of patients gender, age , smoking history , duration of the disease before treatment, the main observations no significant difference. Treatment group: dust extinction prescription oral cough soup , cook serving three times a day . Control group : the use of common antibiotics and orange Ligao symptomatic medication. The treatment lasted 10 days for a course of treatment. The main clinical symptom scores before and after treatment changes cough and laboratory indicators recovery. Data were analyzed using SPSS software package , all measurement data were compared using the paired t test ; clinical efficacy count data was used to compare differences in chi-square test . Results: 55 cases of pneumoconiosis cases observed in 45 cases of cough cured, 5 cases markedly effective three cases , the total efficiency of 96.36% , compared with the control group, decoction in the treatment of pneumoconiosis cough effect is significant, and convenient medication , no adverse drug reaction occurred Conclusion: Chinese Herbs dust extinction in the treatment of pneumoconiosis cough cough soup in significant clinical effect , should be widely applied .
