Objective:We treat patients of AECOPD with acupoint application.to observe the relief of the symptom and signs, the improve of the respiratory function, WBC and neutrophil. To objective evaluation its therapeutic effect.Methods:60 patients were random fractionate two groups. The observed group was treated by acupoint application with Jia-Wei-Sang-Bai-Pi liquid, and the compared group was dosed by the same medicine.We observe the difference betweet therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The control-excellence rate between the two groups were 73.33% and 70.00%, the general effective rate were 93.33% and 86.67%.The observed group have the same curative effect compared with the compared group. The respiratory function was increased significantly in both group, there were no difference between the two groups. The abnormality heighten WBC and N% were degraded.there were no difference between the tow groups.Conclusion:Compared with dosed ones, acupoint application changed the administration route, but they have the same curative effect, and also it is safty, so it is worthy to be generalization and application.
