Objective: This project intends to explore through clinical observation flavors flavored Ling Gan Jiang Xin Tang Shenqiwan of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) stable cold drink stop lung, spleen deficiency syndrome therapeutic effect, play the advantages of Chinese medicine , so as to explore new therapeutic standardization of TCM stable COPD treatment programs to better guide clinical practice and improve the quality of life in patients with COPD . From the Chinese side treatment of COPD, will seek medical treatment in the intrinsic principle , relieve symptoms , prevent disease progression, improve mobility , quality of life and reduce mortality and pioneered the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the new method has significant meaning. Methods: Eligible area outpatient and inpatient treatment , 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( TCM group - flavored flavors Ling Gan Jiang Xin Tang Qi Pill ) and control group ( treatment group - salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalants that Seretide ) 30 cases in each group . Results: The clinical observation, comparing the results of two groups , the treatment group, the total effective rate was 76.67% in the control group, the total effective rate was 60% , total effective rate was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), indicating that the treatment group and the control group of similar efficacy . Conclusion : Clinical studies have shown that flavored Ling Gan Jiang Xin Tang flavors Shenqiwan for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization period ( cold drink stop lung, spleen and kidney yang ) efficacy, similar to western medicine, but in improving clinical symptoms effective than the control group , and non-toxic side effects , medication simple and inexpensive , easy to implement , give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of difficult diseases , with research and development value.
