Abstract

Objective: To a certain medical colleges Higher Education teachers, teachers and clinical teaching of medical ethics education of medical students and medical ethics views on the current evaluation of medical ethics education, the most prominent issues and are interested in understanding teaching methods compare higher education teachers, teachers and clinical teaching ethics education of medical students, as well as evaluation of the current view of medical ethics and medical ethics education teaching methods differences. Found that the current ethics education deficiencies exist in the work area of ??medical ethics and medical institutions currently outstanding problems; government and health authorities to develop appropriate policies to provide a reference. Targeted for the future provide the basis for ethics education. Methods: A stratified sampling method, was extracted from medical colleges in Xinjiang, 133 teachers, political counselor of 82 people, Affiliated Hospital of clinical teaching doctors 90 people, as well as medical colleges in Xinjiang 2434 people of different professions as interns object of study. Using the Ministry of Health Pharmaceutical Administration in 2007 issued \statistical software for data analysis. Results: The clinical teaching university teachers, including teachers and students in more than 80% believe that the medical staff medical ethics is good; different peoples and different genders consistent evaluation of medical ethics, no significant difference; teachers (including teachers and guidance staff) and clinical teaching teachers compared to the index score ethics were significant differences in clinical teaching teachers scored significantly higher than the average teacher score; associate professor and above and below the teachers and lecturers Comparison of the scores, a number of indicators have significant difference, and are associate professors and lecturers and teachers over the higher score than the following score; different majors and the evaluation of medical ethics in most indicators are inconsistent, and the clinical expertise of the students score greater than nursing profession, nursing majors score greater than David Pipe Majors. Most of the teachers and students of the university education in medical ethics is recognized, but the teachers of the medical staff medical ethics norms and ways of implementation is not of a high level of understanding of students in the degree of satisfaction for moral education is not very high; teachers and clinical teaching of medical ethics education of university teachers compared to most indicators have significantly different; different majors and evaluation of medical ethics education in no significant difference. In the survey of higher education with teachers and clinical teachers, the doctor's view that social criticism than praise is 57.4%, that of worship and respect and less than 20% of the 244 medical students surveyed in that community doctor's opinion is worship and longing 40.5%, believe that doctors respected 21.4%, much higher than the teacher's view of this population; teachers generally agreed that the current medical ethics education, the most prominent teachers lack adequate interaction accounted for 43.5% , a single rigid teaching methods (35.4%), teaching content obsolescence 16.1%; more interested in teaching methods is to discuss the teaching accounting for 96.9%; teachers and medical students in the top three for the health sector in some unhealthy practices view are: institutional issues, the patient should not accept gifts, money or a dinner party, and serious damage to the medical staff of the social image. In all survey respondents, 73.5% of respondents found the medical staff have bad ethics behavior to higher education teachers is the highest (86.5%), clinical teaching teachers the lowest (40%).
