Abstract


1988 reform completely changed Brazil 's public health system. With a new federal constitution through public health insurance set up : Unified Health System (SUS). The basic principle of this system is to popularize the use of the fair , public finance, administration and decentralization , popular participation , and participation to provide integrated services . The system provides 180 million Brazilian free -standing medical assistance social conditions of the country's experience has been the praise of some international organizations , although in practice the system is still facing serious difficulties. People's Republic of China is drafting a new health reform of 2020, the government is expected to completely change the current health care system for people to provide a more equitable pattern. Learn from Brazil's public health system reform successful experience , to avoid mistakes, which can be applied to measure the success of the Asian countries. Purpose is to help China to carry out the public health system reform , a better understanding of Brazil's current health policy model .
