Abstract


Continue to use traditional management methods and means of education in rural primary and secondary schools in China, has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the knowledge economy era. Knowledge-based economy requires to develop students' creative awareness and ability, as in rural primary and secondary schools should be lifelong learning theory as a guide to improve the quality of teachers, better shoulder the task of basic education in rural areas, promote local economic development. Of rural primary and secondary teacher education research, most of the teachers as the target of education, focus on teacher education, including education, way, method, teacher and efficiency, and many other aspects, while the real teachers in rural areas as learning the subject rather than the object of education with little depth, in fact, as a teacher by education and take the initiative to learn the results achieved passively differ materially. Learning organization theory open for us to study the problem of rural primary and middle management and teachers to learn a new way of thinking, this article tries to viewpoints and methods of learning organization theory to make a study of rural primary and secondary schools and teachers learning problems. Henan Province is a major agricultural province, Zhengyang County is a typical agricultural county in Henan Province, the development of basic education level and the average level of development in Henan Province, is basically the same. Zhengyang County schools for the study to a certain extent is typical and representative. In addition to the preface and epilogue has three parts: The first part of the main content and basic characteristics of the learning organization theory to sort out the main content of the rural primary and secondary learning organization and basic features.
