This paper process equipment factory in nanjing 2 meters ball screw dynamic measuring instrument renovation project, adopt modular hardware and software to design the measurement and control system, data acquisition principle and system structure are introduced. Spindle control system transformation of measuring instrument motion controller is chosen as the controller, servo motor system can easily realize the control of the servo motor. According to the latest standard precision, precision of ball screw pair of acceptance of the software is developed to establish the accuracy of the standard database, realization of automatic precision. In the error of the ball screw vice evaluation, using least square method regression coefficient, schedule change quantity to calculate, adopted a optimization algorithm shortens the operation time of high speed and high precision. In this paper, the causes for the ball screw vice travel analysis are discussed in this paper, gives a method of error source analysis and realization ways. Measurement software of the control system is developed, to implement the measurement of process automation and intellectualization.
