Abstract


This is not an article about post-modernist art development, but is the article clarifying the impact of different world’s cultural deposit on the arts development by features and basic elements of post-modernism and post-modern art. Based on the general analysis on the basic features and elements of postmodernism, combining with the introduction of the theory about modern art works, this article summarizes the relationship between post-modern art and the culture deposit.We can buy many kinds of album about the post-modern artist in the bookstore, and also can find a lot of literature and comments about the postmodern theory stages and artistic achievements. However, most of them are about the research and theoretical clarification on post-modern art genealogy without discussing the relationship between the regional culture and post-modern art from the deeply pursuit of post-modern. This article tries to, based on the description of the culture and social factors separating post-modern art and culture deposit, clarify the important function of the culture deposit focused by the author to the art development. This article uses three parts, which are "Inherent image and cultural identity in post-modern art", "creative awareness and cultural orientation", "work experience and cultural deposit", and the extension content to describe the relationship between the post-modern art and the culture deposit. And, based on the description, the article states the how the culture deposits focused by the author limits and constraints the art developments.Postmodern theory stages hold an important position in the history of world art, especially the Dada, Pope, behavior, conception and other artistic forms play the most important role in the modern art development. For a deeper analysis of the language behind modern art, put the author’s deep understanding into the general artistic theory, the article will analyze the theory of the post-modernism from two aspects:"intermediate symbol" and "deep pursuit" in the Inherent image, cultural identity, creative awareness and cultural orientation parts. The article stresses the material and spiritual balance idea of postmodernism, and denies the bias of some critics’understanding in the postmodernism consciously. The language is as euphemism as possible, and without strong challenge and criticism.
