Abstract


Yugan County is located in territory, Jiangxi province. It’s a poverty County which mainly bases on agriculture. The establishment of the economic ecosystem of Lake Po Yang proposed strategic requirements on the development of Yugan .To accelerate yuan’s pace of development is also a necessary requirement to promote Jiangxi. To develop Yugan , we must revive the education, science and technology, and enhance scientific and cultural quality of the people.Aesthetic quality is an important part.The aesthetic sense of people demonstrates a local economy, culture and the future basis of overall strength in competition. I believes:the development of Yugan County ’s fine arts is worring.It does not fit the pace of times.it need overall promotion. Especially in rural areas. Having fine arts course is not ideal, It’s lack of full-time art teacher.the artistic resources is a serious shortage . art courses at the school is in the "ignored" status; The art development of YuGan County is in a slow status, and compared with its surrounding counties, the County art development is slower. Art as an important aspect of the culture of YuGan County, the overall development of its "marginalized" worried the people and faced the dilemma difficulties. The development of fine arts of YuGan County is extremely urgent. This article is intended to survey the condition of YuGan County Arts Development (focuses on school art education). In the example of YuGan county primary and junior school, to survey and analysis the current situation of art education and problems. Through the County Artists Association, to survey and analysis the County people’s art education, the problems and the condition of rural folk art. Explore the various states of YuGan County’s art backwards, and survey and analysis the states of historical and contemporary factors. According to the problems that appear in the survey, I analysed the one of the Yugan County’s the fine arts even more, to make a revitalizing strategy of the art development of YuGan County, and make relevant departments and the leaders to realize the importance of the art education. Promoting Yugan County people’s art awareness. Stepping out of the local art development stagnating dilemma and making a favorable environment for the development of fine arts of the County.
