Abstract


The stochastic dynamic programming ( SDP ) method is the basic method of reservoir optimal scheduling , but will be applied to years of regulating reservoir optimal scheduling of the reservoir group will cause the \features. In this thesis, the application of multi - level optimization method , the library swarm optimization decomposition level SDP optimization level and improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm ( IGA - SA ) optimization , through a the Wujiang series reservoir group verified , so as to solve the above two problems. The main results of the paper are as follows: ( 1) a series of annual generation capacity of cascaded hydroelectric stations as the goal, to create a series reservoir optimal scheduling model , the use of multi-level optimization method library swarm optimization problem into a hierarchy of SDP optimization and 2 levels of IGA - SA optimization, effective solution to the SDP method is applied to the \the description of the relationship between time and space of the library runoff ; (2) combined with the IGA global search ability and local search ability of SA , the better the performance of IGA - SA algorithm , to further enhance the global and local search capabilities , improve search efficiency. IGA - SA crossover operator , mutation operator and temperature parameters in the iterative process showing an increment or decrement the trend , the average fitness value of the best individual fitness value of the population growth trend is consistent ; ( 3 ) the proposed new method , the new theory is applied to the Wujiang River cascade reservoir optimal scheduling cascade average annual energy output increased by 321 million KW.h meet the requirements of power generation guarantee rate , indicating that the paper presents a new method , new theories applied to the reservoir group optimal scheduling is effective and feasible , to develop the SDP fields of application of the method .
