Abstract


Development of Shaanxi Province, the western development strategy has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges also bring opportunities to the development and construction of the Han River cascade hydropower stations. However, as with other construction projects, the construction of the Han River cascade hydropower stations facing troubled heavy fiscal burden of government, a shortage of funding sources, a single investment entities, inefficient investment and other factors. How to expand the sources of funds and investment diversification, improve investment efficiency, the important issues of the Han River cascade hydropower station construction projects. The project financing originated in the 1970s, as the financing model for infrastructure and other large-scale construction projects, it is the rapid rise in the international capital market, and has achieved initial success in the infrastructure construction in China. Therefore, it is considering how to use project financing fund for the smooth progress of the Han River cascade hydropower station construction project is the focus of this research. In the process of the Han River cascade hydropower station construction project financing mode of analysis and comparison of the existing research results at home and abroad, and in which some insight into his own. First introduced the project financing base this theory, by using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparing the international application of the six financing model their own advantages and characteristics of the project and the Han River cascade construction TOT-BOT financing mode suitable for the construction of the Han River cascade hydropower stations. Secondly, according to the specific circumstances of the Han River cascade hydropower station construction projects, analysis of the meaning and characteristics of TOT-BOT financing mode, starting from the basic principles of this model to demonstrate the reality of TOT-BOT financing mode in the infrastructure construction in Shaanxi Province. Again, TOT-BOT financing model based on the analysis of the Han River cascade hydropower station construction funds intermediation channels, analysis of the applicability of the various channels in the project, and phases Han River cascade hydropower station construction financing channels. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the Han River Cascade Hydropower Development Xi'an University master's degree thesis conditions, analysis of the various risks in the financing process, a variety of risk weight analysis, the final proposed risk response. Financing model study of the Hanjiang River cascade hydropower stations in the continuous development of China's market economy under the conditions of this study the financing of large infrastructure projects in Shaanxi Province, proposed a new way of thinking, as well as the construction of large-scale development in the western province enterprises how to use project finance to grow and develop the enterprise to provide a reference.
