Abstract

The movie is well received by the people of one of the cultural forms of entertainment enjoyed by the masses, the movie industry is a high technology content, high added value, low resource consumption, little environmental pollution and cultural industry. Vigorously prosperity and development of the film industry, and of great significance to strengthen the building of socialist culture, to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people, and promote coordinated economic and social development, and for the expansion of international competitiveness and influence of the Chinese culture, and enhance national cultural soft power. In Western countries as the representative of the United States, the film has been formed to regulate the industry operating model. Since a variety of reasons and even across the country has not established standardized industrial operation mode. In this paper, the film industry as well as the current situation of the industry body, the introduction of the theory of industrial organization, project management theory, theory of production cycle, on the basis of comparison in the study of the early history of Chinese film companies, domestic and foreign contemporary film industry and enterprise. Research carried out by the film industry operators of small-scale, low cost-effectiveness of the current situation, analyze, summarize and parse its industrial structure, industrial policy, the film market and producer, release screening of the problems that exist in the various aspects raised Beijing film industry business model, and put forward policy recommendations. Chapter VII learn from the successful experience of the United States, combined with Beijing bottleneck of the difficulties facing the development of the film industry, the proposed implementation of the Beijing Film industrialization countermeasures.
