Both soil salinization of soil salinization and alkalinization, including soil, salinization of soil salinity is characterized by elevated alkaline pH of soil characteristics. Therefore, for the plants, the saline habitats that actually involves two kinds of stress and alkaline stress salt stress. To reveal the salt, alkali stress on the role of plant stress characteristics and the correlation between the two, this experiment tenuiflora as the research object, the neutral salts NaCl, Na 2 SO 4 and alkaline salts NaHCO 3 , Na 2 CO 3 were mixed and seedling age 8 weeks of salt tenuiflora seedlings stress and alkali stress treatment. Using high pressure liquid chromatography tenuiflora seedlings under stress in both ground and underground two-part organization citric acid, malic acid, oxalic acid and proline content of covariant indicators and analyzes two kinds of stress organic acids and proline accumulation characteristics and differences. The results showed that: (1) a significant accumulation of citric acid in a concentration of only alkali stress (stress intensity 60mmol / L or more) appears. Under salt stress, with the threat of a strong increase (0-300mmol / L) citric acid or even slightly reduced, so citric acid accumulation tenuiflora under alkaline stress in specific physiological responses. Specific accumulation of citric acid and plant physiological effects may be associated with pH adjustment also reflects tenuiflora alkali and salt stress response mechanisms have different. (2) in the organic acid metabolism plays a dominant role in the citric acid, that under alkali stress, the body tenuiflora citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid and other organic acids were changed to some extent, but the magnitude of the change there are significant differences. The content of citric acid which accounted for more than half of the total, and varies widely, and other organic acids content of salt, alkali stress amplitude variations are small, so the total citric acid change was mainly the result of changes . (3) within a certain range (stress intensity 0-300mmol / L), either salt or alkali stress can cause stress proline content increased with the increase of stress-rise, but the accumulation of salt stress on the amount of proline slightly larger than alkaline stress, indicating that they both have similarities not identical. Salt stress mainly involving osmotic stress, ion toxicity and ion imbalance and other factors. And the response of plants to alkaline stress addition to osmotic adjustment and ion distribution, they have to carry out internal and external environment of pH adjustment. Experimental results show that the massive accumulation of organic acid is citric acid based alkali tenuiflora special physiological stress response, the discovery of this phenomenon to reveal the natural alkali alkali plant physiological mechanisms is important.
