Abstract


With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, China's economy is unprecedented vigor, trade greatly enhance the strength of Chinese products abroad is also increasing anti-dumping. The past ten years, the Chinese products become the primary objective of the EU anti-dumping, involving mechanical, electronic, Minmetals, chemical industry, light industry, food, medicine and other industries more than 400 kinds of products. Many competitive products in the anti-dumping is completely expelled from the markets of importing countries. The total number of countries anti-dumping litigation, the EU has been on top of the list, accounting for nearly a quarter. Anti-dumping seriously affected the export of Chinese products, dampened the enthusiasm of foreign enterprises to invest in China, and serious damage to the development of China's emerging industrial. Anti-dumping on Chinese products, the reason of course there is an increase in China's export enterprises, low price factor, but more important is the European Union on China's long-term implementation of discriminatory anti-dumping policy, leading to lack of fair treatment in anti-dumping EU enterprises also makes it easier to use the big stick of anti-dumping against Chinese enterprises, Chinese products are pushed out of the EU market. Based on Chinese companies since 1979 in the case of EU anti-dumping suits to study the causes and current status of the anti-dumping imposed by the EU on some Chinese enterprises. The study aims to explore the Chinese enterprises granted market economy treatment, the means to safeguard their legitimate rights. The text of this paper consists of three chapters: The first chapter describes the current situation of China-EU relations and the problems. Central Europe since the establishment of diplomatic relations, China-EU trade volume dramatic increase year by year, the two sides made great progress in terms of economic and trade cooperation, the EU anti-dumping trade is also growing, and this had a negative impact on Chinese enterprises and EU importers. Chapter Two by two typical case of light burning magnesium case and yellow phosphorus case analysis of the EU ruled that the Chinese exports to the filing of anti-dumping investigation and adjudication process, as well as discrimination in the EU anti-dumping policy content and discussed EU commodity proposed anti-dumping. The third chapter analyzes the serious consequences of EU anti-dumping to Chinese goods and the Chinese domestic market, economic development to explore the face of menacing, four from the Chinese government, trade associations, export enterprises and China's own anti-dumping legislation anti-dumping, to be held in China stance and take countermeasures.
