Abstract


Over the last decade , college party building and construction of campus culture has been the focus of the work of Chinese Universities , much of the university leaders and the attention of scholars . I start from the social system and culture of other socio-cultural (including campus culture ) , discussed why our colleges and universities must uphold the party's leadership .
