Abstract


This paper briefly describes the current development of domestic and international scraper conveyor , and analysis of the scraper conveyor design and effective solution . This article is based on this kind of problem , help the scraper conveyor shovel board slot topology optimization . Topology optimization is one of the most challenging optimization method is also the most cost - effective optimization and development potential . Although scholars have studied for decades , and published many valuable articles . Topology optimization method , however , has always been not been widely used in engineering . In this paper, software Optishape shovel board slots help topology optimization analysis has important engineering significance . This article is based on information provided by the Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is modeled . In this paper, the three-dimensional graphics software Pro / E , completed first shovel plate ledge geometric modeling in Pro / E , and then import the the Patran inside to be modified and the division of the finite element mesh , boundary conditions applied and the definition of the material , and submit Nastran strength analysis . The calculation results show that : the maximum stress value is much smaller than the the shovel plate grooves help yield stress values ??, strength reserve great , resulting in a great waste of material , there is a potential for further optimization and necessary . Then the model in Patran further modifications to meet the requirements of the optimization analysis , then submit Optishape topology optimization analysis . The optimization results show that : the shovel board slots optimized to help stress distribution is more reasonable , full use of materials to reduce weight , reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the company .
