Factory facility layout plays an important row in the operation of production system. It’s also a key factor in the construction of product cost. This paper passes to investigate to the spot of the gear works and the analysis of the factory facility layout design theories present condition, put forth effort to inquiry into the new development in theories in design in factory direction. Take importance on "factory planning" not on "programming decision" it requests that wait the characteristics the already in arrear of and contemporary factory the design. This paper will discuss several parts precedes the treatise:At first, introducing the logistics theory with the inevitable contact of that facilities arrangement. The important position mat emphasize category and production logistics that introduce the logistics in the business enterprise in business enterprise logistics. Introduction to the organized form of the production logistics of the business enterprise in a specific way is also proceeded. The importance that decides equipments arrangement that introducing the production system designs the inside and arranges the principle in a specific way. Detailed introduction to SLP system design mode is then performed as to it’s logistics deal proceeds the calculation analyzes, getting the flat surface arrange of out superior solution. Based on optimization theory, a final design scheme is derived.Method of this text aims at puting industry business enterprise design and facility layout into practice. Purpose is to break the traditional design theory based on qualitative analysis and to replace it with quantitative analysis, to improve the completeness of design theory, and to change direction of the research produce with industry business enterprise inner part the related regulation in logistics.
