Abstract


Yellow River in Shandong Province is an important passenger water , into the 20th century, 80 years , the Yellow River water is less and less immigration , but also increase the number of drying , drying time extended to Shandong 's economic and social development and ecological environment caused serious harm , Shandong section of the Yellow River water Resources sustainable Development imminent. In this paper, the Yellow River water for many years based on statistics from the start of factors affecting Shandong Yellow River Water Resources , Shandong Yellow River water resources derived features: the uneven distribution of water and sediment during the year , the inter-annual variation in water and sediment , wet and dry flow and sediment large amount of change . On this basis , the impact on the 1951-2000 years of the Yellow River water resources development runoff , sediment discharge , sediment , sediment particle composition , water , drying conditions and changes in ice conditions and other factors were depth analysis and combined with the current status of development and utilization of water resources in the Yellow River in Shandong to explore the status quo works for water and to water , demonstrated the relationship between supply and demand balance status of the Yellow River , the Yellow River in Shandong runoff for 2005,2010 conducted a qualitative and quantitative analysis and forecasting . This paper analyzes the factors which affect water resources development and on the basis of the data presented Shandong section of the Yellow River Water Resources Sustainable Development measures . First, engineering measures , the Yellow River water regulation and storage . Such as optimizing the Xiaolangdi Reservoir way to play the role of detention basin project , the construction of reservoirs and other plains . Two non- flood measures to take optimal scheduling of water . Third, conserve water and reduce waste. Fourth, accelerate the construction progress of the South . Measures proposed to solve the problem of water shortage in the Yellow River in Shandong guiding significance for the future of sustainable water resources development and utilization to provide a scientific basis.
