Abstract

The large area of ??promotion and application of transgenic Bt cotton (referred to as Bt cotton), played an important role in the effective control in recent years, the occurrence of bollworm and harm. Bt cotton, however, there are still two outstanding issues: One is the resistance of Bt cotton on the decline in the late; Second bollworm resistance risk. This study focuses on these two issues, from insect life weakest link - between the sexes in courtship and mating to proceed through research bollworm sex pheromone communication system in different circumstances, the use of sex pheromone production acts such as regulation of technology to combat late Bt cotton bollworm infestation; reasonable setting, the use and evaluation \The study is divided into two parts: 1) study the Bt toxin (Bt cotton) processing bollworm larvae to pupate bollworm strains on the survival of adult sex pheromone communication system; 2) Bt cotton Kanggan (indoor screening strains) differences between sex pheromone communication system. The main findings are as follows: 1.Bt toxin treatment of larvae on the survival of adult sex pheromone communication system of the impact (1) Bt toxin treatment bollworm larvae to pupate, so that the percentage of survival of female moths courtship courtship since reduce the duration of the start time and courtship. Female moths courtship start time, the dark period in the 3 and 4 were 3.25 ± 0.93 and 4.07 ± 0.91hr control female moths were 2.5 ± 0.84 and 3.45 ± 0.97hr significant difference; courtship duration are extremely significant difference in the dark period of seven 7 dark period dealing with the female moth courtship duration were 1.8 ± 0.61,3.1 ± 0.56,4.25 ± 1.04,3.53 ± 0.74,2.43 ± 0.76,2.05 ± 0.74 and 1.12 ± 0.36 hr, control female moths were 3.15 ± 0.73,4.25 ± 0.70,5.57 ± 0.89,4.18 ± 0.92,3.3 ± 0.81,2.73 ± 0.80 and 2.25 ± 0.92hr. Bt toxins courtship of female moths rhythm (including when the rhythm and circadian rhythms) did not affect courtship are a third of the peak of the dark period of 8-9 hours. (2) Bt cotton bollworm larvae to pupate hormone treatment, survival of female moth sex pheromone component Z11-16: Ald and Z9-16: Ald titer reduction in varying degrees. Titers survived the female moth two sex pheromone components 42.88 ± 12.86 and 3.30 ± 0.84ng,, / ♀, while the control female moths were 47.45 ± 3.91 and 3.76 ± 0.46ng / ♀ Z9-16: Ald drops The degree of significant difference. Survival of female moth sex pheromone component Z11-16: Ald and Z9-16: Ald titer ratio was 12.99 ± 2.17, control was 12.70 ± 1.21, the difference was not significant. (3) Bt hormone treatment bollworm larvae to pupate survival EAG responses of male moth sex pheromone of binary mixtures of different doses of an increase in value in varying degrees. Deal with the antennae of male moths of different doses (1,10,100,1,000,10,000 and 100,000 ng) sexual pheromone binary mixtures (Z11-16: Ald: Z9-16: Ald = 97:3) potential (EAG) values ??were 7.31 ± 1.63,8.84 ± 2.67,9.73 ± 2.59,12.72 ± 2.22,15.47 ± 3.65 and 18.61 ± 3.84mV control were 6.30 ± 1.01,6.42 ± 0.83,7.15 ± 1.09,7.91 ± 1.41,9.77 ± 1.86 and 11.02 ± 2.34mV, when the dose of irritants 1,000,10,000 and 100,000 ng, EAG response differences highly significant
