Effects of Partial Root-Zone Irrigation on Water and Nutrients Use of Sweet Corn Under Different Fertilization Condition

Abstract


This paper pot experiment under different fertilization methods partial root-zone irrigation sweet corn (Zea mays L.) physiological characteristics , plant height , leaf area , dry matter accumulation and moisture , nutrient utilization. Experimental design three kinds of irrigation methods ( conventional irrigation, fixed irrigation and alternate irrigation ) , three kinds of fertilization ( uniform fertilization, fixed 1/ 2 area soil total fertilization and fixed 1/ 2 area of soil 1/ 2 fertilization fertilization ) and two kinds of fertilization level ( high- fat and low- fat ) . The results showed that: ( 1 ) partial root-zone irrigation and irrigation methods that are alternately fixed irrigation can effectively inhibit transpiration effect. Compared with conventional irrigation treatments , partial root-zone irrigation when the sweet corn photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate has declined. Uniform fertilization, fixed full- fat , semi- fat three kinds of fixed Fertilization Methods partial root-zone irrigation photosynthetic rates were lower than conventional irrigation average 6.69% , 16.38% and 0.84% ??; transpiration rates were lower than conventional irrigation average 18.26% , 28.28% and 25.39% ; stomatal conductance were lower than conventional irrigation average of 4.53% , 19.83% and 16.67% . Transpiration rate of decline is far greater than the photosynthetic rate of decline. ( 2 ) partial root-zone irrigation with conventional irrigation leaf area differences between treatments with growth promotion and narrowed, while the different fertilization and fertilization levels on leaf area of sweet corn growth stage had little effect . ( 3 ) the total dry matter of routine irrigation treatments , shoot dry weight, root dry weight, root dry weight ratios were greater than partial root-zone irrigation treatments . Uniform fertilization, fixed full- fat , semi- fat three kinds of fixed fertilization irrigation under partial root-zone total dry matter , respectively, lower than the average conventional irrigation
