Abstract


The people’s jury system is the role of the masses to participate in national administration, reflects the judicial democracy, promoting the building of the basic guarantee of democratic politics is the people’s courts of justice uphold the mass line, a reflection of the implementation of collegiate system. However, due to a variety of legislative and institutional reasons, the implementation of our people’s jury system, there are many shortcomings and problems. In this paper, the Court of Huaihua, Hunan, two of the people’s jury system, the implementation of statistics and analysis, and the future of how to improve our people’s jury system put forward their own views and opinions。
