Abstract


In modern criminal proceedings, technical evidence to its special function and role as an important means of identifying the facts and methods. Application of the Method of Science and Technology is a core element of technical evidence and basic features. This feature is also technical evidence the court finds that the use of accurate facts of the case presented a challenge.Mode of action in terms of doctrine, the court the facts in evidence to assume the "verification" of responsibility, evidence of investigation is the core of the court, evidence of the technical investigation and determine the proper role of judges.Technical evidence of substantial value for criminal proceedings, technical, scientific and subjective evidence of the coexistence of features as well as legislative and judicial interpretation of cross-examination of the evidence requirements together determine the necessity of technical evidence investigation.
