Abstract


Small and medium-sized enterprises play important roles in the development of social economy. After the reform and opening up to the outside world, a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises mushroom in all fields.In information economy times, market competition is becoming more and more drastic.The management of small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the more and more austere challenge.How to adapt to the development of economy environment, forecasting the financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important problem to the managers.The paper starts with research of basic theory of small and medium-sized enterprises, then it analyses the reason of the financial risk from the point of lifecycle.It constructs the financial risk forecast system of small and medium-sized enterprises refer to financial evaluate of small and medium-sized enterprises in western country.In the end it gives some advice on how to put the system into practice.In the first chapter, this paper analyzes the research of financial risk forecast in China and foreign countries.After that it gives the the research object 、 main content and research meaning of the paper. Then it analyzes the characteristic of different development phases of small and medium-sized enterprisesIn the second chapter, this paper researches the financial risk theory and how the financial risk behaves in the small and medium-sized enterprises. In the end, the paper gives the characteristic of financial risk.In the third chapter, this paper presents the function of financial risk forecast system.Then the paper analyses the structure of financial risk forecast system.It consist of the object of financial risk forecast system; information collection and transmission system; financial risk evaluate and analysis system; alarm signal and disposal system;organization system.In the fourth chapter, this paper probes the index system of financial risk forecast system.It establishs the index system on the basis of lifecycle of small and medium-sized enterprises.This index system measure the financial risk from payoff ability、 repay ability、 financial structure and growing ability.In the fifth chapter, this paper gives the example of using the index system to forecast financial risk.In the sixth chapter, this paper draws a conclusion and gives the limitation of the research. Then it put forwards the prospect of future research.
