Abstract


With the deepen of the economic globalization in the world, China is improving the opening policy ahead as well, and the opening policy already reached China’s security market. This paper is to research how does the foreign capital affects China’s security market and the strategies which we should take after foreign capital enter China’s security market.At first, we analysed the present situation of foreign capital in China’s security market. Since 1992, we set up the B stock in China’s security market, which marked the beginning of the foreign capital entering China’s security market. In the year of 2002, China entered WTO, following up the China’s opening policy in security market. And then we set up QFII , we started allowing the foreign capital to have shares in joint security cooperation and joint fund cooperation . All of above offered good situations to foreign capital.There are some performance-directed effects to China’s security market by foreign capital’s entering first. This is also why China opened the security market to foreign capital. These performance-directed effects include the optimization of China security market’s micro structure, the reforming of security market’s institution and consummation of security market’s legislation system. But in another way, the foreign capital also brings risks to China’s security market, including market risk, price risk, financial institution risk and supervision risk.We also researched the effect of foreign capital to China security market’s efficiency, with the study of China security market’s liquidity, fluctuation, investor and information symmetry.At last, we gave our suggestions about foreign capital’s entering China’s security market to China security market management center. We argue that first we should make good situations to absorb foreign capital, including purifying the investment environment in China’s security market and solving some inhere problems; secondly we should take methods to enhance the good effects of the foreign capital to China security market; At last, we should take some proper methods to keep risks resulted from foreign capital’s entering away, including setting up reasonable interest and foreign exchange rate policy; taking security market macro management methods to keep the international idle fund’s impact away; enhancing international inspect cooperation to keep the crisis international contamination; and enhancing China security market institution’s capability of standing against crisis.
