Abstract


At present, the state-run commercial bank of our country sees from capital amount and scale of assets, have already crowded into the ranks of large bank of the world. Though the state-run commercial bank occupies the monopoly position in the domestic bankingy.its earning capacity and performance of managing are obviously lower than the international large bank. State-run commercial bank is it stand firm the foot root among competition to want, must make a thorough review on oneself first . By the look of process of the reform of present whole state-run bank, four major solely state-owned commercial banks of our country have reformed and already entered substantive stage, about the great action of the reform of state-run bank in a series , have announced mainly that registers capital to the plan. It should must have supplementary measure of the respect that the administration structure , outside are supervised ,etc. inside banks to in fact should change the state-run bank into the modern commercial bank. This text plans to analyse that announces various kinds of low factors of business efficiency of state-run commercial bank, these factors cause the essence with low efficiency of state-run commercial bank to lie in the inside administration structure of its back and property relations. Company administration structure issue whether four major state-run bank wind required course that does not turn on. It was its company administration structure that really determined enterprise’s benefit level, so, the state-run commercial bank should change the present passive state, must carry on the changes of the reform of the inside administration structure and property relations completely.Theory from the property right of this text, trusting —Agent’s theory set out, has analysed the inner link between property relations and company’s administration structure. Give the economic condition of society and politics definitely on the basis of our country is in economic transition period, it is determined that the state-run commercial bank has owner’s timid putting , defect which is short of location of main part of property right, cause its inside administration structure to demonstrate a kind of typical " transition " nature , have reflected invstors (the country) and non-economic commission agent relation taking administration as tie between theoperators (bank ) in essence, the ones that enable forming key content of administration structure check and balance the mechanism and incentive mechanism perform practically no function, become a mere formality, Client and agent of state-run commercial bank lack essential inherent power and pressure is it care state-run rights and interests of assets to come, make getting state-run business efficiency low bank, competitive power is it become inevitable to decline day by day. Analysing the inside administration structure of different modes of modern commercial bank of more western developed country has the foundations of homoplasy and universality in basic intension and key spirit Go to, propose the state-run commercial bank of our country should fully use international experience for reference , absorb its reasonable composition , combine the concrete national conditions of our country and choose the control mode suitable for our country: Regarding invstor’s sovereignty control mode as the original version, it is scattered about the stock right to draw lessons from the with sovereign right control mode of the market at the same time, mode of giving full play to the role of market mechanism. Direct against the current existing system pattern of state-run commercial bank and banking system background , have probed into the striving direction and solution of perfecting the administration structure of state-run commercial bank thoroughly in thesis, and has explained to structuring the relevant problems faced in the course.
