Abstract


Juvenile delinquency is becoming more prominent in the new period of social transformation, institutional transition , Century converted . Special groups as a minor , minor female prisoners in the state of imprisonment remedial education quality has become the hot issues of common concern of the whole society is worrying . Protection of the physical and mental health of young female prisoners , to develop their good conduct , in order to achieve the reduction and prevention of juvenile delinquency , not only to the stability of the social order form , but also to the future of our country and hope . From the available information, the few young female prisoners in the people of the state of remedial education imprisonment systematic correction doctrine . In order to promote the standardization and scientific state of imprisonment underage female prisoners remedial education work to promote the rehabilitation of offenders in the field of theoretical innovation research , this paper attempts to explore the minor female prisoners remedial education research , in order to promote juvenile correctional facilities the correct development of the education minor female prisoners work to provide a valuable reference . Based on review of relevant literature , the use of the theory of management, prison , psychology , sociology , physiology and other disciplines , literature research , case studies , and participate in a combination of methods of observation and empirical analysis , proposed minor female prisoners in the state of understanding of imprisonment causes of crime committed due to the difference in point of view , to explore the content and means of individual correction , improve the effect of imprisonment state underage female prisoners remedial education . This paper is divided into seven chapters . The first chapter is to answer the background and purpose of the election of the title , meaning ; Chapter II , Chapter III of imprisonment state underage female prisoners remedial education literature review of a minor female prisoners of remedial education theory ; four chapters , Jiangsu Province , a tube is not the minor female prisoners , were investigated and analyzed the causes of crime as well as remedial education ; Chapter V , Chapter VI describes the analysis of juvenile female prisoners guilty of committing the concept of difference , the the individual correction point of view the quality of education aimed at improving young female prisoners . Chapter VII elaborated establish guilty due to the difference based on the concept of individual correction process , as well as the improvement of individual correction .
