Abstract


Old Age Security significant social management services This is not only in many countries of the world development trend of the old age security system in China is also of special significance : it is an important aspect of China's economic reform is a response to China 's rapidly aging population an effective way , or based on population, family structure and other factors caused by the change of family pension weakening a useful supplement . Retirees from enterprises, social management is only part of the old age security and social management . True sense of the social management services, should include social object management services and management services diversification of the means . Community social management services for the elderly population has irreplaceable advantages . How to create a community elderly population social management service system is still not a systematic exposition . The author proposes : to gradually put all the elderly included , management services object socialization . Management services to diversify. Government macro regulation , specific management remain with the street contractor community service center or social security to bear ; services by by development community non-governmental non-profit organization to host . Of course , the government first want to provide a good platform , such as the establishment of the network information system , preferential development policies .
