Abstract


With the development of market economy, especially in the M \u0026 A wave driven enterprise groups in China has been rapid development and become an increasingly popular form of economic organization, and so far has formed a large number of considerable size and strength, and good prospects for development enterprise groups. At the same time, the enterprise groups in the development process a large number of issues, including financial management system suited to the requirements of financial management is the main reason leading to low efficiency of enterprise groups. Based research enterprise group financial management system composition and influencing factors, combined with the actual development of the status quo, to explore a scientific financial management system to adapt to the development of enterprise groups in China, has a very important practical significance. Discussed in this article is the enterprise group financial management system, trying to be innovative on the basis of existing theoretical research. And proposed a series of targeted idea of ??constructing suitable for China Enterprise Group financial system. This thesis is divided into five parts, each part of the contents is as follows: The first part is a brief introduction of the enterprise and its financial management system. Include the definition of enterprise groups and Concepts of the financial management system, several basic financial management system in the mode of presentation, as well as a variety of factors affecting the Enterprise Group's financial management system. In this section, enterprise groups based on the relationship between ownership links link multi-corporation of the Commonwealth, the financial management system in the final analysis is arranged between the Right and Interest in the Enterprise Group Financial main. Section III presents the principles of constructing and mode selection issue, build ideas and solutions for the financial management system of enterprise groups in China, and provide a clear framework for specific measures in the later chapters. The fourth part is the focus of this paper, made an in-depth discussion on how to establish and improve enterprise groups in China financial management system. On the basis of the analysis of the financial management system of enterprise groups influencing factors, combined with China's actual situation, both theoretical value and have the practical feasibility of the suggestions. In the modern enterprise system based on established mainly centralization, decentralization of financial control management system. To build a scientific financial organization and decision-making system, financial control system and establish a sound restraint and incentive system.
