Abstract


The special development of China’s securities industry determines that most securities houses handle their business data in a dispersed and small-sized way. There are certain problems in the respects of security of the data, timing of trading and optimization of cost. This article gives a proposal to set up a set of guidelines to the centralized database processing management system in securities industry, based on the theoretical and practical technologies of the mature trading system in developed countries, and also considering the characteristics of China securities industry,based on the above, we finished the Business Process Mode designation for Hua’an Securities Centralized Transactioin System, and developed a practable entralized trading system for clients.In the end of the article, the author provides a comprehensive analysis to the efficiency of the employment of the guideline, and also provides solutions to the problems during the execution of the guideline, The article is a reference in the decision-making process of data-centralization management for China’s securities houses.
