Abstract


Tianjin is one of China's major municipalities , in a long historical period for the development of our national economy has played an important supporting role. Since reform and opening , the city has been rapid development of the national economy , however , compared with other provinces nationwide , the city 's economic development speed is not at the forefront . Especially in the economic development scale and quality standards with international metropolis there are still large gaps. The real estate industry is an important regional economy Tianjin pillar industries , for which the real estate industry on how to effectively play a huge role in boosting national economic development , will undoubtedly become the economic development of Tianjin can quickly enhance the speed and size of the economy of a major research topic . Firstly, the system analyzes the real estate development in Tianjin natural environment, social and economic environment, through the utilization of land resources , urban infrastructure status and regional financial capital supply and demand situation of comprehensive analysis, the real estate industry in Tianjin has a broad space for development basic conclusions . Theoretical analysis of the use of cyclical cyclical developments and changes in real estate law in Tianjin , Tianjin reasonably ascertain the current stage of historical development in which the real estate industry ; further from the scale of industrial development , development companies and intermediary service agencies status and land markets integrated three-dimensional perspective analysis of the basic trend of real estate development in Tianjin . DEA method to support an objective evaluation of the efficiency of the economic development of Tianjin, the real estate industry ; On this basis , the use of econometric theory system established Tianjin joint real estate development and GDP relationship model , which parse out the difference between the intrinsic relationship . The above analysis, the basic idea of using the system to determine the basic principles of real estate development in Tianjin , rational planning of the initial stage of the real estate industry in Tianjin and the take-off stage of the specific development objectives and specific measures. To safeguard the reliability of the overall conclusions of papers and scientific analysis , this paper developed for this research statistical forecasting analysis system. As the results of this research objectivity and operability study conclusions have been partially applied Tianjin real estate development planning.
