Abstract


Strategic alliances and third-party logistics are now manage more research topics in the field of science and practical significance from the point of view , strategic alliances through supply chain optimization and inter-enterprise cooperation significantly improved the performance of the enterprise , and third-party logistics enable enterprises through the outsourcing of the logistics business in order to strengthen their core business , enhance the competitiveness of enterprises . In order to make third-party logistics play a bigger and better utility in the environment of the strategic alliance for further theoretical research , third-party logistics strategic alliance is the basis of the actual work . Retrieval of the existing literature , little research has been mentioned for the third-party logistics strategic alliance mode Therefore, this part of the strategic alliance under the third-party logistics analysis and research , trying to be able to present in this a part of a problem finding solutions to those problems , to work more effectively to lay the foundation for third-party logistics strategic alliance . In this paper, analysis and research of existing strategic alliances and third-party logistics theory , and theoretical combination of innovative third-party logistics strategic alliance theoretical system . The article summarizes the current problems of the third-party logistics strategic alliance , and the distribution of benefits , third-party logistics selection and relationship management of third-party logistics issues further research , and the corresponding solutions programs . Union under the third-party logistics study of the distribution of benefits , third-party logistics transactions through the use of game theory knowledge to establish the model , draw the two sides negotiated solution will be the most reasonable distribution of interests method ; selection of third-party logistics study, AHP analysis method and fuzzy evaluation method to establish a third-party logistics choice model ; third-party logistics relationship management , the establishment of a binding contract, supervision and motivation and trust relationship parallel to the integrated management system .
