Abstract


Since 1990s, the world economy globalization which derives mostly from the fast increasing of international direct investment has been accelerating obviously. Every country has attached great importance to it.After over 20 years’ development, Chinese private economy has grown greatly and been becoming more and more important, due to its advantage in system. At present, in China national and private economy are developing together and interacting.In recent years, private corporations have speeded up the pace of their FDI and made some success after they were more and more powerful. So the research to the FDI of private corporations is becoming more and more significant. At first, it has accelerated the technology development of Chinese private corporations. Secondly, promoted to the world famous brand. Thirdly, it can help us to shun trade barriers, and widen the export market.According to the eclectic theory of international production of Dunning and combined with other FDI theories, we have analyzed the advantages of Chinese private corporations’ FDI and draw some conclusions. Simultaneously, we analyze their disadvantages macroscopically and microscopically.The conclusion is that a permissive, fair policy environment with regular rules can provide an essential protective for private corporations’ FDI. As to corporations themselves, they must clarify their properties, optimize their management system, accelerate technology innovation and set up name-brand sense.
