Abstract


High-tech industry has been the important engine and driving force of developing national economy. Developing knowledge-based and technology-based high-tech industry has become the fundamental way of enhancing the whole national strength. So, Today every country increases their input in science and technology and makes lots of policies to help and promote their hi-tech. As for our country, high technology industry is the necessary road to realize industrialization. During the Process of high technology industry development, capital is a key factor. Without it, technology Progress and industrialization become castles in the air. How to insure the enough fund and keep fund resources stable during the developing course of hi-tech, needs suitable financing mechanisms which fit for their own hi-tech industry financing. Basing on analyzing characterizes of financing need and the financing risks of industrialization course, this dissertation points out the barriers of the hi-tech industrialization in our mechanism of financing by theories of modern company Financing mechanisms. Drawing lessons from international experiences, it suggests forming varied mechanism of financing to promote the process of advanced hi-tech industrialization developing and economical increasing.
