Abstract


The education is facing great challenge in the information society as the high-quality talent people are needed. In order to improve the educational quality, it is the first thing to enhance the quality of teachers. For this purpose, the occupation training is one of the most effective ways. But in the real course of training, the efficiency of training is not favorable one resulting from the design quality of teaching materials.In fact, teaching materials, which are the important resource for people to get knowledge and promote competence, are encountered to satisfy the study needs of people and the demand of social development, thus it is looking for the theoretic guidance and innovation in the design of teaching materials.The managing way of performance has taken an active role in the business management and is more and more concerns. Educational performance which is the offspring of performance and education technology is being broadly used in the all-fields of education technology.The design of teaching materials is the important component of teaching design. This paper mainly probes in the operating rules of educational performance applied in the teaching materials design from the basic theory of teaching materials design and performance technology, and concretely expounds through the design of one case, aiming at exploring a new way of teaching materials design.The main work of the paper includes:1) Expound the basic concept, theory basis, implementing model and design process of teaching materials design;2) Expound the concept, theory basis, basic characteristics, basic principles and operating applied model of performance technology;3) Discuss the applied model of educational performance applied in the teaching materials design and explain in detail with a case of designing a teaching material.
