Abstract


Judicial affinity is the proper meaning of the modern judicial philosophy , a higher goal of judicial reform . Firstly, from the connotation of the affinity of Justice to proceed, the nature of the judicial affinity summarized as introverted , service , secular , public . Then , starting from the point of view of the modern judicial concept , the concept of justice , judicial reform , to demonstrate the legitimacy of its legal significance of the judicial affinity .
