Abstract

20th century mankind has withstood the trauma of two world wars, post-war world is still often shrouded in hegemony, ethnic and religious conflicts in the shadow of. With the advent of global economic integration, international economic and cultural exchanges expanding in different countries and the growing interdependence of nations. Environment, population, energy, food, AIDS and other problems plagued the world needs people in different countries and regions work together to deal with. Education for international understanding in people's hearts to establish a barrier to defend peace, to deepen different ethnic, religious, intercultural understanding basic method. Japan's response to the initiative of UNESCO in the 1950s proposed the Education for International Understanding.
