Abstract

As a controversial issue, \In the past two or three decades, it is also subject to the attention of the research community in educational theory. Research on gender expand the breadth and depth of educational theory; gender issues in educational practice also improved to some extent. In recent years, China's education practice, women's performance is increasingly prominent: not only a large number of women teachers groups; female students getting better grades. In addition, in many educational theories of professional learning institutions, such as the Department of Education of the University, the number of girls is also much higher than the boys. Then, the status and trends mean that the educational advantages have been women occupy? Obviously, before making a judgment, but also need to understand the current Chinese real gender composition of their differences of researchers engaged in educational theory, which is the basic objectives of this paper. At present, some researchers have expressed concern that the problem of gender differences in the field of educational practice; female theorists as the object of investigation and analysis has been very common in other areas of theory; Moreover, researchers are still multiple horizons within the male female differences in depth thinking and analysis. These types of outcome research papers provide a foundation. In reference to a similar study, the author, the goal of this thesis and the analytical framework: the past five years (2000 - 2004) of some major education issues the gender of the person in charge; gender composition of the part of the educational theory J of the ; constitute a part of the educational theory publications editor gender. This thesis, three research methods of investigation, literature and interviews. After collect and collate data on this thesis, the basic conclusion: there are large gender differences in educational theory research groups, males account for a large advantage. For the generation of this gender difference, the author attempts to explain from the perspective of history, society, women themselves as well as educational theory features; and that this gender difference might hinder the development of educational theory. To this end, we should all aspects of efforts to improve the status of gender differences in educational theory research groups. This thesis consists of the following four parts: The first part of the problem. Which include the topics of reason; related to gender differences in educational practice groups and other groups of theoretical research research. The second section describes the research design of the paper. Specifically addressed the core concept of the paper, the purpose and content, analytical framework and research methods. The third part contains the presentation and analysis of findings. According to the analytical framework, the author uses the data show the gender composition of today's educational theory research groups and make a preliminary analysis. The fourth part is the thinking and discussion. The causes for this gender difference, the author gives his own interpretation, and recommendations for improvement.
