Abstract


With the development of market economy, the problems brought about by the monopoly has become increasingly prominent, which is particularly serious administrative monopoly, there are a lot of administrative monopoly phenomenon with flooding has seriously affected the pace of China's economic development. Administrative monopoly abusing its control of state power by the central government, local government and its subordinate departments and the implementation of the prohibition, restriction, hinder competition and undermine market economic order. My self is in the process of continuous improvement of socialist market economic system, the government regulation system also will continue to change, improve administrative monopoly with its particularity, complexity, dangers, further exacerbating the difficulty of the government regulation, how the administrative monopoly industries to achieve effective regulation has been a major problem in the theory of community and government decision-making departments, community effectively curb the negative consequences of administrative monopoly voices rising. In this paper, on the basis of the results of previous studies, using a combination of theory and practice, comparative analysis, the combination of multi-disciplinary research, the government regulation of China's administrative monopoly industry as the research object, by administrative monopoly industry of developed countries The regulatory practice Experience, combined with China's specific national conditions and at the same time, a more in-depth study of China's administrative monopoly reform of government regulation of the industry.
