Abstract


In the history of China’s modern culture, Zou TaoFen is worthy of the title of propagating the master of culture. In order to teach beginners and educate people ,strive for the human rights of democratic freedom , promote the country , nationality to go on the progressive road, Zou TaoFen has made remarkable contribution on the culture battle line. He starts with building and constructing the media culture, establishes six kinds of magazines , a kind of newspaper , a publishing house in all one’s life, popularize people’s culture actively, make great efforts to improve the masses’ cultural level , stand on the people’s position, it is the people’s service for life wholeheartedly, spare no effort in the performance of the duty for country’s national progress and liberation. This text builds the activity of constructing to analyse to the media culture that Zou Tao exerts oneself in terms of media culture, thus summarize Zou TaoFen’s view of media culture. The content of the full text is roughly as follows. First, the understanding of media culture Culture whether people transmit behavior of meaning through symbol, media whether people transmit best carrier of meaning. Media culture to among society total cultural system, influence artificial main subculture system that way commit by media. Second, the forming of the view of Zou TaoFen’s media culture Zou TaoFen was educated very well in the east and west, modern journalism agitation and of the atmosphere democratic freedom since the the early years such as the Republic of China, because of the influence of Liang Qichao ,etc. , go on the road to the journalism finally. In practice of the newspapers and periodicals, Zou TaoFen’s view of media culture had been shaping progressively and developing constantly. Third, Zou TaoFen’s view of media culture Whether this paper summarize media cultural view that Tao exert oneself Zou as three respects: the newspapers and periodicals are the people’s mouthpiece, there should be abundant freedom in public opinion and news; In order to educate and guide the masses, media should popularize people’s culture actively; constructing the field of subculture through media in order to care about people’s state of life, culture temperament and interest of training people.
