Abstract


Parallel Kinematics Machine structure and configuration of various forms, and complex kinematics design a corresponding dedicated NC system is strong, difficult to develop. This paper presents a parallel machine based on software engineering ideas, integrated open CNC system. The common module of the system is the decoding module, human-computer interaction module, tool path simulation module, they apply to a variety of structures parallel mechanism. The platform of non-generic module is a the parallel mechanism library module, the coordinate transformation library modules, the kinematic transformation library modules, kinematics simulation library modules, they are available for the user to choose to use. Users on the platform of the CNC numerical control system set up to meet their own needs. Of the numerical control system to provide users with a unified, integrated design environment, avoid duplication of research, and shorten the design cycle. This paper reads as follows: By integration, design ideas, open the \IPC as the host computer, complete real-time for less demanding tasks such as decoding, simulation.
