Abstract


The economy of China has gained considerable development in recent years, the socialist market economy has made remarkable achievements. A series of new economic bright spot and a variety of employment forms has come up. The advantages of dispatch exactly meets the market demand. It has got rapid development. But due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations, on the development process way there were many problems. Facing these problems, from a specific case of expansion, this article is trying to standard our dispatch system, solve the process of development problems, and further regulate of labor dispatch system development, protect labor rights. The article is divided into three parts:The first part is relevant to the case, including case briefing, the focus of controversy and the decision in the case. Set up a section for each content.The second part is to analyze the case. The main point is that the case law of labor relations, labor relations and the differences between them. Analysis of case law clearly points the third part of the article thinking, discussion, recommendations for bedding.The third part is the center of this article. Analysis of the breadth of the case problems, to think, and make recommendations.
