Abstract


During the Ninth Five-western development strategy, policies for minority areas, reflecting the relatively backward state of economic development in minority areas of support to promote the well-off society in achieving the goal. Ethnic minority areas for historical, geographical and ethnic customs of the Millennium extension, making the economy in minority areas has obvious national characteristics, their own advantages to achieve economic leap-forward development, bear the brunt of industrial policy to be adjusted. The development of national industry-related economic legislation, reflect the scale of the early national economic law has been.China is a multi-ethnic, national problem is to reform, development and stability, involving China’s core interests and values. Long run the solution of the core principles of ethnic minority areas to achieve the common prosperity and development, China’s ethnic policy objective is to accelerate the development of minority areas of economic, ethnic areas to achieve comprehensive economic and social development. Thus, for the region’s economic legislation in the nation, to promote national economic development, a harmonious democracy has an important role in minority areas.National Economic stress is different from generally applicable economic law of its own particularity as follows: from the Constitution and the ethnic regional autonomy system to protect the special interests of the State, the applicable regional or national character, etc., the proportion of these will involve different legal regulations and legal protection, and thus follow the National Economic Law general principles of economic law, based adjustment methods.
