Abstract


Of June 1, 2007 implementation of the new bankruptcy law introduced international conventional bankruptcy administrator , and dedicates a chapter to the provisions of the new law 's major changes and breakthroughs . Bankruptcy administrator setting is familiar with the bankruptcy business professionals in the insolvency proceedings to take over the property of the debtor and to deal with matters related to the property of the debtor , to ensure the smooth progress of the bankruptcy proceedings , the bankruptcy law to the successful implementation of an important guarantee for more is a complete part of the bankruptcy law . Whether the bankruptcy proceedings can be carried out smoothly, on the basis of fair, equitable and efficient is closely related to the activities of the insolvency administrator . In this paper , through the study and discussion of the current bankruptcy administrator mode and drawbacks , the analysis of the legal status of the insolvency administrator , an elected deacon , legal responsibility and supervision , improve our bankruptcy administrator to discuss the government and civil the integration of the bankruptcy administrator mode , to build a basic framework of the bankruptcy administrator model, proposed to establish a professional bankruptcy administrator , the establishment of trade organizations , the establishment of administrative bankruptcy management agencies .
