Abstract


Under the conditions of market economy, small and medium-sized enterprise’s existence is a self-evident, in 30 years of reform and opening up process are obvious role. However, restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, a rigid constraint is very clear, this is the financing difficulties, it may with the world’s most of the market economy countries are not the same. Investigate its reason, academic research is not a few, at the same time, the reason also revealing aspect. From the Angle of law in China, this paper probes into the relevant legal system that the arrangements unreasonable and sme financing difficulties exist, thus constructing a set of promoting sme financing system of laws, will from system at least ease sme financing problems, and overcome the sme financing bottleneck.Paper is divided four chapters. The first chapter of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, financing dilemma. This chapter, the relevant categories, first tefl and financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, the performance of the final explanation for sme financing hazards are summarized. In the second chapter, the sme financing system of basic legal analysis.
