Abstract

This thesis studies the use of extraction system directly in the oil phase of the preparation of high load Ag, Ag 2 S, PbS nano organic fluid and extraction solvothermal synthesis of CdS nanowires, Bi 2 S 3 nanorods and MoS 2 microspheres. Respectively, with the reduction method of solvent extraction, the extraction-precipitation were prepared containing extractant Cyanex 301 (bis (2,4,4 - trimethyl-pentyl) bis-thiophosphonate acid) modified Ag, Ag 2 S, PbS nanofluids. First the metallic Ag , Pb << / sup> sub> 2 extractant Cyanex 301 transferred to the organic phase, and then directly in the organic phase with a reducing agent of NaBH 4 or precipitating agent H 2 S reaction, containing nano-Ag, Ag 2 S, PbS particles of organic fluid. Ag, Ag 2 S and PbS in gasoline maximum load were: 0.10 mol / L, 0.17 mol / L and 0.10 mol / L. Better dispersion stability of the particles in a solvent can not be obtained directly by centrifugation method particles and therefore the first to evaporate the solvent and then the polar solvent is acetone, ethanol, washed, and finally at 70 ° C vacuum drying 8h can get fewer The amount of Ag, Ag 2 S, PbS nanoparticles. XRD, IR, TEM, UV-Vis and TG and other instruments to characterize its structure, and the results showed that the nanoparticles prepared by surface adsorption extractant Cyanex 301 effectively prevents the agglomeration of the nanoparticles. Three particles will be re-dispersed into the other organic solvent, the maximum load was determined, and the alcohol-water medium coprecipitated prepared Cyanex 301 modified Ag 2 S, PbS particles in the same solvent The comparison of the re-dispersion of the obtained nano-fluid load. The results show that: both the load decreases with increasing solvent polarity, nanofluids prepared by precipitation extraction load than alcohol aqueous medium load large co-precipitation method. Extraction reduction, extraction precipitation method avoids the traditional preparation of organic nanofluids preparation - modified - add a \a new way of thinking. Direct heat extraction solvent extracted organic phase solvothermal reaction CdS nanowires, Bi 2 S 3 rods and MoS micro 2 The ball extractant Cyanex 301 as the extractant in the entire reaction process both of the product has a certain degree of surface modification, and the extraction agent in the preparation process itself also has a certain reduction and decomposition of the sulfur source. The obtained particle size of 1-3μm, the spherical of MoS 2 and dispersed into the base oil, the friction and wear performance test using the four-ball method. The results show that: to add molybdenum complex or a MOS 2 after having antiwear friction reducing effect in paraffin oil.
