Abstract
Large pipe heating water conveyance project , generally has a water conveyance long distance , flow , pipeline along the complex terrain features . These characteristics determine the pressure in the process of conveying hot water pipes will be great . Pipeline pressure is too large there is high demand for pipe network layout . In addition , the pipeline in the event of a water hammer accidents often cause tremendous losses . Therefore, for large heating water conveyance project , the need for a reasonable pipe network layout , in order to reduce the pipeline working pressure , as well as calculation of water hammer , to prevent water hammer accidents . In this thesis, for example, heating Chengde Luan River Power Plant Water Conveyance Project hydraulics calculation of the large pipe heating water conveyance project . This paper introduces the basic hydraulic calculation method of heating water conveyance project . And special Luan River power plant heating project , a way to reduce the pressure of the new ideas . Chengde Luan River power plant heating pipe network engineering is the conveyance of a cogeneration heating project . The project 's water distribution network is divided into Chengde a hot water pipe network and the city hot water pipe network , the Chengde one hot water pipe network from Luan River Power Plant to Chengde pipe network for circulating heating pipe network , urban hot water pipe network refers to the the Chengde city after the branch pipe network . This paper studies the Chengde, a hot water pipe network hydraulic calculation . The sub constant stream computing and unsteady flow calculated in two parts . The paper first describes the general method of calculation of a constant stream , followed by a hot water pipe network in Chengde constant flow hydraulics calculation . Two different transportation schemes , given that the original design unit in a hot water pipe network design and paper proposes a new improved water delivery program . Comparison of the two programs . Finally, the article describes the characteristic method of water hammer calculation on the original design and the new program were unsteady flow of hydraulic transition process , a comparative analysis of the calculation results demonstrated a new program to reduce the pressure feasible and rationality , but also ensure the pipe network safe and reliable operation of a number of specific measures , as well as in the operation and management of some of the recommendations .
