In this study, chemically pure NaCl 12 tropical forage species for seed germination and seedling of salt stress observed a series of physiological and biochemical reactions under salt stress, and on comprehensive evaluation salt tolerance. The results show that: (1) seed germination of grass seed each sample different saline treatment (0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.4% and 1.6% - the percentage of solution quality) found Reyan the flowers and Congo Brachiaria column 7 germination rate, germination energy and germination index at low salt concentration (0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively) compared with the control upward trend, indicating its low salt concentration promote seed germination, but at higher salt concentration of the three indicators of forage species decreased, the decline in the degree of difference between the salt tolerance of each forage. Congo Brachiaria grass, the Reyan 7 column flowers and the Sika column flowers seeds salt tolerance, black seed paspalum Reyan Kennedy grass seed poor salt tolerance. (2) seedling the different saline treatment (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.5% - the percentage of soil quality) and found that the test forage seedlings under salt stress treatment time and salt concentration increase shorten the normal growth of plants, the wilting rate and extent of and the number of deaths, while some plants along with the leaf color from green to yellow to withered and died. 0.1% salt concentration treatment, Reyan 2 Stylosanthes Reyan No. 5 Stylosanthes Reyan No. 10 Stylosanthes, Sika Stylosanthes hook column flowers, stockwork Brachiaria hybrid Brachiaria the grass almost unchanged; 0.2% salt concentration treatment, most of the varieties of mild or moderate salt damage; 0.4%, 0.5% salt concentration treatment, Reyan 2 Stylosanthes, Reyan column flowers, Reyan 7 Stylosanthes Reyan No. 10 Stylosanthes and Reyan 9 Panicum all died. Entire process Sika Stylosanthes hook Stylosanthes by salt damage plant morphology was significantly lighter, followed by the the stockwork Brachiaria Congo Brachiaria. (3) With the increase of salt concentration, forage species are suppressed or stop growing; fresh weight and dry weight decreased compared with the control; increased membrane conductivity; decline in the overall trend of the chlorophyll content; proline content overall rising trend, but Reyan No. 5 Stylosanthes Reyan the Stylosanthes No. 10, hook Stylosanthes and six varieties of grasses low concentrations decreased at high concentration increased significantly; the Cl to - content and Na ... content increases ; K ~ / Na ~ values ??decrease, due to the variety of different indicators of the degree of change, which can show that the salt tolerance of different sizes.
