Abstract


Objective To explore a simple damage disposable surgical method to remove or good change facial features around the aging state . Method of outpatient surgery cases 20 cases were female , aged 35-50 years old , all exist in varying degrees around the facial aging appearance , taken the eyebrow incision to retain the appropriate width of the brow resection of the upper eyelid and the excess slack eyebrow skin ; orbicularis muscle suspension Mei Feng and outer canthal angle at the periosteum , correction of brow ptosis and remove or reduce eye canthus and crow's feet ; simultaneously cut off the frown muscle and drop glabella muscle , eliminate skin lines between the eyebrows and The nasion stripes . Result of natural eyebrow , the scar is not obvious , the upper eyelid laxity can be corrected , crow's feet , glabellar Chuan herringbone , and nasion stripes reduce or disappear . Conclusion single incision through the eyebrow completed the restoration of a number of facial aging state of around damage to good effect .
